This is an exciting time to be part of the Shambles universe. We just finished recording our third full-length album with the legendary Jerry Brown at the legendary Rubber Room Studios in Chapel Hill, NC. “Greetings From Shambylvania” is our most thrilling and conceptual work to date, and it will be released on April 5 with an extravaganza at Cat’s Cradle in Carrboro, NC. Joining us will be local favorites The Tan & Sober Gentlemen and Crystal Bright & The Silver Hands. Get your tickets now while you still can!

Before all of that, we are about to take our first airplane trip, and our first time crossing the Mississippi River for that matter. We are headed to Bellevue, Washington for Wintergrass, a festival that celebrates American acoustic music of all kinds. We are performing on Thursday 2/21 and Friday 2/22. We are also leading a workshop on Friday called  “Storytelling through Song.” If that isn’t exciting enough, we will be reuniting with Jonathan Ng, our one time fiddle player and current Seattle resident. He will be joining us on stage, and the show just happens to be on his birthday! We cannot wait to take our new music out west and premier some brand new songs from the upcoming album and of course play some of our hits. If you know anyone up there send them our way. We are filling up the calendar for the rest of the year, so check back and stay tuned for a Shambles show near you!
